We will be closing the store this Sunday, 9/1 at 2am (Saturday night). We intend to reopen on Wednesday sometime, circumstances permitting.

This pharmacy was AMAZING, courteous, timely, thurough, and went well above and beyond to provide my medications so I could focus on getting the rest I needed. I really can't thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone.read more

My toddler needed to start an antibiotic right away, however the major chain pharmacy I was going to decided to skip out before filling it and wouldn’t be back in the office till 10am the next morning. In desperation I reached out to friends via social media and got a resounding recommendation for “Night Owl Pharmacy” Could such a service exist? a pharmacist who was ready to not only fill the script after 6pm on a Saturday but who also called the doctors office himself to obtain the script and offered to deliver? With my insurance being wacky, I asked what the cash price would be and it was so reasonable that I had no problem saying yes right away. What a relief to this mamas heart. This is the type of service that one would have gotten more than 1/2 a century ago when we all looked after one another. I for one will tell the big corporation pharmacy to go kick rocks and will be sticking to supporting this business with my pharmacy needs.read more

amazing service never used anything like this before. from Indiana down here for a couple months my daughter needed some antibiotics they were able to bring them out to the country in palm bay in a few hours after her appointment. The pharmacist is always so helpful. I can reach out to him any time with questions. He helps me more than my own doctor! If my doctor doesn’t send a script over or makes errors on the script John takes care of it immediately. He has never even once not called me or texted me back. I will never EVER use another pharmacy....especially Walgreens or cvs. The delivery service is a godsend for people like me who is often to debilitated to go out to a pharmacy. Especially having 4 kids at home who always get sick in the middle of the night. All I have to do is text or call John and everything I need shows up at my door. Not only does he help myself and kids but when my beloved dog was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer, was extremely sick and needed a compounded medication John took care of it immediately. He even flavored it with bacon so my boy loved medicine time! Give night owl a try and I assure you you won’t go back to those other pharmacies. ❤️read more

Best pharmacy ever ! Been using them for the year , between myself , my kids and husband we have used them . During the day regular walk in , meds are ready by the time you get there , very informative , and as a mom of 5 who sometimes gets a sick little one in the middle of The night , they even deliver all night !! They do it in a timely fashion , text you so you don’t have to wake the kids , give you the best possible options / prices they can ! Definitely would use this pharmacy again. I was lucky enough to see a post on the Palm Bay social group about this pharmacy and it's literally the only place open at night to get prescriptions filled. Staff was really friendly and efficient. The store was clean and tidy. Got my meds in under 5 minutes! Not to mention I actually paid less for my meds then I have paid before for the same prescription at the big name pharmacy's. So the other night I took my daughter to Night Lite Pediatrics Urgent Care just to check and make sure her chest was clear because she had been coughing for several days and it did not seem to get better...😷😷👨‍⚕️ Well they sent her meds to a new pharmacy that I had never heard of. It is called Night Owl Pharmacy! And oh my goodness they are my new FAVORITE pharmacy!! So they are open from 8 pm to 9 am and they deliver your medication to your home up until 5 am! YES!!! I Said that... THEY DELIVER YOUR MEDICATION!! So first my daughters insurance blocked the approval for the nebulizer medication for whatever reason... so the pharmacist said that if she absolutely needs the medication he would send a few vials over and get in touch with the insurance in the morning to get them to cover it. First of all what pharmacy do you know that is more concerned about you or your loved one getting the medication they need than getting the money up front? So I told him that I could just pay for it out of pocket! He told me it was like 16.99 for the medication! So I told him that is cool. So he sent out his guy to deliver the meds and guess what happened. Since I got barely any sleep the night before.... I PASSED OUT in the 30 minutes it took the guy to get from the pharmacy to me! When I awoke at 5:30 am I immediately called the pharmacy and apologized thinking that the pharmacist would be upset that I missed his driver. However, it was the complete opposite! He answered the line and said, "Good morning Ms. Lamug how are you doing this morning?" I said, "I am feeling oh so sorry that I missed your driver!" Pharmacist, "It is quite alright, it happens. How is your daughter doing? Is she able to breath okay? If you had called me before 5 am I would have sent my driver back out there." I explained to him that Kaiah was doing okay and thanked him for his concern and advised him that I would pick up the medicine on the way to school with Kaiah! As I said before the insurance denied the medication in the beginning. Well I paid out of pocket which was no big deal but around 9:30 am the pharmacist called me back and said the insurance will cover it and that he will issue me a refund! I know this was a long story but WOW can you ABOVE AND BEYOND for his customer?! Never in my life have I been treated with such compassion, sincere concern and respect from a business especially pharmacy until now! It is awesome when you find someone who you can just tell that they are in their profession because it is what they love to do!! Thank you John at Night Owl Pharmacy!!!read more
